SPECK Pumps’ long-serving employees in 2023

Successful, thanks to our experienced staff who have been with us for many years.

The exceptional sense of identification, coupled with the loyalty and long-standing dedication of its employees, ensures the continued success of the pump manufacturer SPECK in Neukirchen and thus contributes significantly to the company’s development. This loyalty is reflected in the large number of employees celebrating service anniversaries. For this reason, honouring employees marking service anniversaries and milestone birthdays has been an important and integral part of SPECK’s corporate culture for many years, serving to express due appreciation.

In keeping with tradition, the anniversary celebration took place at the ‘Altes Rathaus’ restaurant on the market square in Lauf an der Pegnitz. Hermann Speck paid tribute to the consistently high standard of work and the long-standing loyalty to the company in a ceremonial speech, and thanked the employees celebrating their anniversaries for their commitment, their many years of experience and their expertise, which is of inestimable value to SPECK Pumps. He also expressed the hope that many employees would feel inspired to follow in the footsteps of those celebrating their anniversaries and strive for a long and successful career within the company.

Hermann Speck presented the employees with SPECK commemorative pins as a token of appreciation for their long service. A toast was also raised to mark the milestone birthdays celebrated this year. Over a festive meal, everyone looked back together on the experiences of recent years and looked forward to the future.
