In plastics processing, the technology must operate with precision: cooling, temperature control and vacuum must work together reliably. Only then can profiles retain their shape, surfaces remain clean and results remain cost-effective.
SPECK supplies pump and vacuum solutions for demanding extrusion applications. Normblock pumps ensure that cooling water, temperature-control media and process water are kept circulating safely. Vacuum systems generate the required negative pressure precisely where profiles are formed, calibrated and stabilised.
SPECK’s solutions are also designed for long-term use with moist media, condensate and gas-laden applications. The systems are ready for connection, easy to integrate and help to reduce effort, downtime and operating costs.
Benefits of SPECK
Ensure a vacuum. Improve quality. Reduce waste.
Efficient pumping solutions for the plastics industry
SPECK pump technology for manufacturing processes and water distribution
Application
Extruder degassing – Vacuum generation in extrusion processes – Calibration of window profiles and pipes – Cooling and temperature control of calibration tables – Spray baths in calibration lines
Products
The right pump for your application
The block design enables high circulation rates with minimal space requirements. The motor is replaceable without having to completely disassemble the pump or remove the mechanical seal. The highly wear-resistant bellows mechanical seal is independent of the direction of rotation and maintenance-free. It is also medium-lubricated via an internal circulation line, enabling long service life. The pump shaft made of stainless steel 1.4571 is additionally protected by a shaft sleeve, also made of stainless steel 1.4571. This prevents wear on the pump shaft. Directly mounted, low-noise, surface-cooled, replaceable DIN IEC three-phase standard motor. According to energy efficiency class IE3. Includes PTC thermistor.
Compact, energy-saving vacuum unit with highly efficient, on-demand vacuum generation for vacuum applications with high liquid content. Easy installation instead of existing vacuum pumps.
