How to join the SPECK team

Have you found the perfect job for you? If so, you’re probably wondering what happens next and what the induction process at SPECK involves. To start with: as an agile family-run business, speed, transparency, open communication on an equal footing, and honest, genuine interactions with one another are particularly important to us.

Application
It’s really straightforward – simply send your documents by email or post, or drop them off in person. We’ll confirm straight away that we’ve received everything.
Getting to know each other
We’ll take our time to look through your documents and get back to you as soon as possible. If it’s a good fit, we’ll get to know each other in person or online – whichever suits you best.
Contract offer
Once the role, salary and start date have been finalised, we will get back to you as soon as possible. And if everything is in order for both parties, we will be delighted to make you a contract offer.
