„I am part of the BADU sales team and have also been the trainee liaison since 2022. In this role, I am the point of contact for all matters concerning our trainees. I also support our HR manager in making the training programme as attractive as possible for our trainees. I enjoy working with our trainees and I think it’s brilliant to see how our company is constantly growing.“

„I have been with SPECK for over 20 years and work in the Warehouse/Logistics department. As well as my usual duties, I ensure that the production department always has the materials it needs at the right time. I am also responsible for preparing for all upcoming trade fairs. Teamwork is absolutely essential here, as I work in close consultation with the secretariat, the marketing department and the sales team – something that works wonderfully well at SPECK. I am delighted to have the opportunity to take on this additional responsibility and, in doing so, to gain further experience and knowledge.“
