What is the delivery availability?

We manufacture standard product ranges in Germany and ensure they are available on a planned basis, so that you can meet your commitments.

Will I receive product data and media for my shop?

Yes. We make our product data and images available in standard formats via Open Datacheck. You can also find catalogues, brochures and other product documentation in digital form on our e-paper portal via OXOMI.

Do you assist my sales team with technical queries?

Yes. Our technical sales team will assist you with product selection, system design and answering application-specific questions. Where requirements are more complex, we will work with you to determine which pumps, systems or control solutions are suitable for your customer.

Are there any training courses for wholesale partners?

Yes. Our training programme provides product knowledge and the basics of technical consultancy. In addition, you can request bespoke training for your team – either at our premises or at your company’s premises – tailored to the topics relevant to you.
