A warm welcome to SPECK!
SPECK Pumps has gained some new recruits! This year, too, we were delighted to welcome ten apprentices to our team.
On 2 September 2024, a new chapter in life began for our new apprentices
too, as it was time to say: ‘Bye-bye school –
hello working life.’
We are delighted to be able to support our new apprentices on their journey. The transition from school to working life can be an exciting but also challenging time.
To make the transition as smooth as possible, we place great importance on fostering connections between our apprentices. We also structure the training programme to ensure a balanced mix of theoretical knowledge and practical application. Group outings for apprentices and informative training sessions are also an integral part of the programme.
And there’s news for SPECK too: we’re particularly pleased to have included the role of IT specialist for system integration in our training programme for the first time this year.
We wish you, our dear trainees, an interesting and varied time at SPECK, and we look forward to seeing how you develop over the next three years.
