High-pressure systems play a crucial role in a variety of applications and form the heart of the plant. How fitting that, put simply, our heart and the operation of a positive displacement pump work on the same principle.

High-pressure units are mainly used in industry, including for cleaning plant and surfaces. The high pressures generated by the pumps make it easy to remove stubborn dirt.

At its site in Neunkirchen am Sand, SPECK manufactures high-pressure units and accessories for industrial use, tailored to individual customer requirements, with a performance range of up to 1,200 bar and 400 l/min.

The areas of application are extremely diverse, and our pumps and high-pressure units can be adapted to the specific requirements of each system thanks to a wide range of solutions – be it through the choice of materials, a variety of motors or control options.

What other areas of application are there apart from cleaning?

• Air humidification systems: humidification of fruit and vegetable plantations and pigsties
• High-pressure misting systems: fire-extinguishing systems and fire protection
• Steam generation: feeding small steam generators
• Reverse osmosis systems: Seawater desalination
• Water supply: High-pressure drinking water supply, for example in mountainous areas
• CO₂ supply: Supply to cooling systems

In addition, there are numerous other applications where high pressures and efficient operation are required.
