The anniversaries at SPECK Pumpen in 2023

The extraordinary identification, coupled with the loyalty and longstanding faithfulness of its employees, ensure the continued success of the pump manufacturer SPECK in Neunkirchen and thus contribute significantly to the development of the company. This loyalty is reflected in the large number of employees celebrating anniversaries with the company. For this reason, honouring employees celebrating anniversaries and milestone birthdays has been an important and integral part of SPECK’s corporate culture for many years in order to express due appreciation.

In keeping with tradition, the anniversary celebration took place in the “Altes Rathaus” restaurant on the market square in Lauf an der Pegnitz. Hermann Speck honoured the consistently high quality of work and many years of loyalty to the company in a celebratory speech and thanked the guests of honour for their commitment, their many years of experience and their expertise, which is of inestimable value to SPECK Pumpen. It was also his wish that many employees would feel inspired to do the same and also strive for a long and successful career in the company.

Hermann Speck presented the employees with SPECK badges of honour as a sign of recognition for their many years of service. A toast was raised to the milestone birthdays of the year. Over a festive menu, everyone looked back on the experiences of the past years and looked forward to the future.
