Future Perspectives

For SPECK Pumpen “training for the future” means above all the early promotion of specialist employees for tomorrow. In the future, the quality and innovative strength of a company will continue to be largely determined by the qualifications of its employees. For the young people themselves, the start of the apprenticeship is also a big step in their own personal future and into a long working life. We asked them what their hopes and wishes for their apprenticeship are and where they see themselves in 10 years …

Maurizio De Rosa (20) . Maurizio is motivated in his apprenticeship as a mechatronics engineer by the prospect of getting to know the different departments of the company better and therefore developing himself further for his future career. In 10 years, he would like to live a healthy and happy life in a house with his family and work in a responsible position at SPECK Pumpen.

Abdirahman Mohamud Mohamed (18) . “I enjoy learning something new every day. The more independently I can work, the more useful I feel for the company. My colleagues and bosses are great; hopefully it will stay that way.“ The trainee production mechanic wants to be married in 10 years, have children and his driver‘s license. In addition, he would like to have a good job and a safe life in Germany.

Fahim Najimi (17) . The trainee warehouse clerk is very pleased  about  his  apprenticeship  at SPECK Pumpen and that he can count on friendly and helpful colleagues. Fahim particularly likes the additional English  course  offered to apprentices. In 10 years, he sees himself as a well trained and experienced employee of SPECK Pumpen.

Alexander Pflaum (22) . The trainee industrial clerk said “I am pleased to have a diverse apprenticeship as a basis for further development and good promotion prospects at SPECK Pumpen”. In 10 years, he would like to be in a responsible but also varied position at SPECK.

Alisa Rebmann (20) . The trainee industrial administrator is pleased to have started her career in an innovative and internationally active company such as SPECK Pumpen. Her dream is to work at SPECK Pumpen in Jacksonville, USA in 10 years’ time. In spring, she was already able to conduct her own market research and test some pools personally…

Lucas Richter (15) . For Lucas, the apprenticeship as a production mechanic is associated with the hope of learning a lot and becoming more independent personally. But he is also happy to be earning his own salary. In 10 years, he would like to “hopefully still work at SPECK Pumpen, start a family and wait and see what the future will bring…“.

Biniam Temesgen (21) . “SPECK Pumpen is a great company and my colleagues are very nice. I think it’s especially cool that I can also learn English here,” is how the trainee warehouse clerk sums up his joy at his apprenticeship position. In 10 years, he would like to celebrate his 10 years’ service at SPECK and have the German citizenship. But his dream also includes a beautiful wife, two children, a nice apartment and a posh car.

Jakob Weller (19) . Jakob hopes that his apprenticeship as an industrial administrator will enable him to further his professional and private development and to grow in line with the tasks set for him. In 10 years, he wants to “stand on his own two feet and enjoy a healthy life.”

SPECK Pumpen is committed to successfully contributing to the education of these young people. As colleagues and people, we will accompany our newcomers on the way to their future aspirations and shape common future perspectives.
