Product information: "Fire extinguishing system Feuercell II FC 15-20"
Water which stagnates in the fire extinguishing system can lead to a contamination of the drinking water pipe. This is very questionable from a hygiene point of view. Under no circumstances may these systems be used for drinking water supply.
Pressureless pre-containers separate the extinguishing from the drinking water. They ensure that the medium flows back into the network using safety devices.
Our firefighting systems are built according to DIN 14462 in the usual SPECK quality. The separation of drinking and process or fire extinguishing water is guaranteed according to DIN EN 1717. This is achieved by safety devices, a free outlet and a controlled emergency overflow and gives our customers a good sense of security.
As a manufacturer for drinking water separation stations, SPECK Pumpen guarantees hygiene through regular rinsing measures. In the case of extinguishing water systems, these are carried out once a week according to DIN 1988-600. In the case of mains and drinking water separation stations, the rinsing measures are carried out at least every 72 hours according to VDI 6023. In both cases with safety devices according to DIN EN 1717.
All pre-containers have a DVGW certificate for safe connection according to W 540 and are DEKRA tested.
