The vertical monoblock design permits excellent circulation performance with minimal space requirements. The maintenance-free bellow-type mechanical seal is cooled and lubricated by the pumping liquid. This results in long intervals between maintenance periods. An external circulation line/air bleed piping with a fitted air drain valve not only allows automatic but also manual air bleeding and results in the long life of the mechanical seal. The strainer tanks, sufficiently large as a design feature, are optimised from the point of flow engineering, therefore boosting the performance level to such a degree that the pumps work very efficiently. All the designs in this series also have an enamelled strainer housing.
Directly mounted, DIN-IEC three-phase, low-noise operation, surface-cooled, removable motor. In compliance with energy efficiency class IE2 up to 5.5 kW. IE3 from 7.5 kW, including the PTC resistor sensor.

Non-self-priming, single-stage volute casing pumps in vertical monoblock design. The process design allows easy dismantling of the drive unit without disassembly of the pipes. Because of the low motor speed, pump operation is quiet with very little wear and tear. The volute casing has replaceable, corrosion-resistant wear rings. The closed impellers are individually balanced and adjusted to suit the operating conditions. They are adjusted to meet the stipulations of quality grade 6.3 in compliance with DIN ISO 1940. This ensures smooth and quiet operation and long operating life of the entire pump assembly.
