My start at SPECK was my commercial training. With this business management foundation, I was able to get off to a perfect start and not only develop steadily in various functions, but also gain valuable experience. SPECK also gave me the opportunity to contribute my skills and experience as a manager. I have been Sales Manager for the BADU division for 7 years now.

In 2012, I started my career at SPECK Pumpen as an office and field sales representative in what is now the South/West sales region. After three years, in 2015, the branch manager at the time retired and I had the opportunity to take over his position. I am very grateful that SPECK recognized my commitment and trusted me with this career opportunity. In my current role, I am responsible for the entire Baden-Württemberg region together with my team. It is important to me not only to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, but also to promote the motivation of my employees and set appropriate priorities. The collaboration with the head office in Neunkirchen am Sand is extremely close, whether it's about day-to-day work, projects or trade fair appearances. Despite the physical distance, I feel part of the SPECK family at all times.<<

I have been with SPECK for over 20 years and work in the warehouse/logistics department. In addition to the usual tasks, I make sure that production always has the required material available at the right time. I am also responsible for preparing all upcoming trade fairs. Cooperation is the be-all and end-all here, as I work in close consultation with the secretariat, the marketing department and the sales department, which works wonderfully at SPECK. I am happy to be able to take on this additional responsibility and gain further experience and knowledge.<<

I am Key Account Manager Public Swimming Pool and BADU Technical Coach. I have been with SPECK for 25 years and pass on my many years of expertise not only in training courses, but also in specialist lectures. I have also been a speaker at the SPECK Knowledge Wave since 2020. I enjoy being in front of the camera and answering all questions about private and public swimming pools with our digital water academy. I love my job because I can help other people with my knowledge.<<

After successfully completing my training as an industrial clerk in 2017, I was taken on in the accounting department. My work requires careful planning and organization to ensure that all business transactions are processed on time and correctly. I really enjoy the responsibility this gives me for the company. Thanks to regular team meetings, I'm always up to date with what's going on. I appreciate the open communication at SPECK.<<

I have been working passionately in the technical office at SPECK Pumpen for more than 21 years. My area of expertise is the electrical side of our products and control systems. My daily tasks include calibrating measuring devices, redesigning control boxes for our counterflow systems and supporting installations at our customers' sites. I spend my working hours at my PC on the one hand and in the test room on the other, where I work on the design and testing of new developments. I really enjoy the flexibility and variety this brings to the workplace. For me, SPECK is an extremely informal company where I enjoy contributing my expertise every day and optimizing our products.<<

Since successfully completing my training as an industrial mechanic at SPECK, I have been responsible for pump assembly, mechanical processing and testing the finished pumps. Every day is varied, as I am always faced with new challenges. I was very well received in my department and I get on really well with my colleagues. Having such a great team is worth its weight in gold, as we spend a lot of time together.<<

I was hired at SPECK Pumpen in 2014 for technical documentation and after a month I moved to the development and design department to help complete an important project. After successfully completing my training for FDM machines and software training for 3D printers, my responsibilities expanded to include the production of prototypes for pumps and plastic parts. Since then, I have worked on various new product developments for both the private and public swimming pool sector at SPECK. I have also been working in aquaculture since 2019. This is an exciting and varied field of work, where I can perfectly combine my hobby - my own trout farm - with my profession. In addition to the activities mentioned above, I have also been working as a fire safety officer at SPECK since 2022 and as a technical site manager since 2023. Thanks to the expanded area of responsibility, the tasks in my day-to-day work are even more varied. For me, SPECK is a close-knit community, a secure and forward-looking employer where everyone has the opportunity to develop and be part of the company's success.<<

Family and career. At SPECK, these two worlds can be perfectly combined! Flexible working hours, flat hierarchies, understanding colleagues and superiors. All these things help me as a manager to have enough time for my family.<<

I am part of the BADU sales team and have also been the trainee representative since 2022. In this role, I am the contact person for all our trainees' concerns. I also support our HR manager in making the training program as attractive as possible for our trainees. I enjoy working with our trainees and I think it's great to see how our company is constantly growing.<<
