Greetings & farewells

In the last weeks and months we were able to welcome four new employees to our company. Unfortunately we also had to say goodbye to four long-standing colleagues who have entered retirement.

Dario Dell’Anna . Sales, branch office Rodgau
The state-certified technician with previous training in plumbing, heating and air conditioning switched from the fire protection industry to SPECK pumps. He took over sales for Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate South and Saarland in the team at our Rodgau branch in October 2018.

Adam Müller . Industrial electrician
15 years ago, the electrician was involved in conversions in our company as a contractor. SPECK Pumpen seems to have made an impression as Adam Müller is now responsible for our building management and services. Although his focus is on electronics, he also checks the heating, sprinkler system, water supply and other inventory on a daily basis.

Andreas Neitz . Logistics/goods inwards
The logistics specialist is very varied in his work, from the incoming goods inspection to storage and retrieval, picking, inventory and equipping the production lines. The hobby motocross driver is motivated above all by the right time management. To ensure that the required material is at the right place at the right time and in the right quantity, he synchronises the production processes as precisely as possible.

Gerald Schwab . Technician cast iron pumps
The industrial mechanic is tasked with the assembly of casting pumps. This also includes painting and testing the finished products. Gerald Schwab has experience as a construction mechanic, product designer in the automotive industry and adjuster and operator in a light metal foundry. At SPECK Pumpen he especially enjoys the working atmosphere and the flexibility in the team. A special challenge for him is the high degree of individuality of the pumps.

Retirement farewells
With a heartfelt thank you for their many years of loyalty to SPECK Pumpen and their daily commitment over many years, we bid farewel to our colleagues entering their well-deserved retirement. Lorenz Kopp has worked for our company since 2003 – most recently in the production planning department. Heinz Kreuz was employed in our BADUJET production for over 41 years. Sonja Maskow was taken on in the SPECK Pumpen Hamburg branch in 2017. Previously, however, she belonged to the SPECK Pumpen representation E. C. von Karstedt for almost 20 years and was thus always part of our company. Karin Schlick started in our accounts department 28 years ago and has been a member of the data maintenance team since the changeover to the new merchandise management programme.
