The monoblock design facilitates excellent circulation performance, yet requires little space. The motor can be replaced without having to completely disassemble the pump or without having to dismantle the mechanical seal. The maintenance-free bellow-type mechanical seal is highly resistant to wear and tear and not reliant on the direction of rotation. The seal is also lubricated by the medium via a circulation line, which makes it highly durable. The pump shaft of stainless steel 1.4571 is protected by a shaft protection sleeve also made of stainless steel 1.4571. This prevents wear and tear of the pump shaft.
Directly mounted, DIN-IEC three-phase, low-noise operation, surface-cooled, removable motor. In compliance with energy efficiency class IE3, including the PTC resistor sensor.
Swimming pool water circulation and filtration as well as operation of swimming pool attractions in public swimming pools. Can also be used for irrigation, drainage, water supply, shipbuilding and industry.
Non-self-priming, single-stage volute casing pumps with performance classification and main dimensions in compliance with NF E 11-112 and DIN EN 733 (replacement for DIN 24255). The pump and replaceable norm motor are flanged together to form a monoblock unit. The volute casing has replaceable corrosion-resistant wear rings. The closed impellers are individually balanced to suit the respective operating conditions. They are adjusted to meet the requirements of quality grade 6.3 in compliance with DIN ISO 1940. This ensures smooth and quiet operation and long operating life of the entire pump assembly.

The configuration of the pump suitable for your needs is carried out according to your own special requirements. Dimensional drawings and characteristics are therefore available from our customer services. Of course you can also request a copy of our configuration programme, BADU SELECT, free of charge. This contains all of the relevant documentation and remains at your disposal.
